Jivamrut over synthetic fertiliser. Crop rotation over monoculture. The slow way, because there is no fast way that works.
Chemical-free
No synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides. Not on the soil, not on the leaf, not in the grain.
Stone-milled, cold-pressed
Grains milled in stone. Seeds pressed cold. No heat, no solvents, no nutrient loss between field and pantry.
Named farms
Every product traces back to a farm with a name, in a district we can point to on a map. Provenance is not a marketing word here.
